Terms of service

1. AIMEMEREEL is operated by an independent individual. By creating an account or buying credits you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. You must own or have permission to use every photo you upload. Do not upload images of people who have not consented, minors, or content that violates the rights of others.

3. Credits are prepaid, non-transferable and never expire. A failed or timed-out render is refunded automatically to the account that submitted it. Finished renders are digital goods: you can submit a refund request from your library within 24 hours of the render, and each request is reviewed manually. If approved, the credits return to your balance.

4. Generated clips may be used on your own channels, including commercial accounts. AIMEMEREEL does not claim ownership of your source photos or your finished clips.

5. Do not use the service to create misleading, defamatory, or unlawful content, or to impersonate a public figure.

6. We may suspend an account that uploads unlawful content, attempts to bypass credit charges, or uses another person's likeness without permission. Unused credits on a suspended account are reviewed case by case.

7. We may update these terms as the product changes; the revision date on this page reflects the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
